Ошибка (самозакрытие) InTouch Viewer (v10.1 SP2)

Может кто-нибудь сталкивался с такими проблемами -
Ошибка при работе InTouch Viewer-а, причем проверялось на версиях 10.1 без сервис-паков, на 10.1 SP2 ...
может появится сразу при запуске проектов, может через пол-часа... закономерности нет никакой...
Появляется окно предупреждения Windows об ошибке и закрытии программы. После согласия о закрытии программы viewеr.exe процесс остается запушенным. Для перезапуска Viewer-а нужно процесс грохнуть...
При возникновении данной ошибки - ОЗУ выделено 500-700 МБ, процессор занят на 5-10%. Внешне - все ОК.

Конфигурация:
CPU - Celeron 2,8ГГц
ОЗУ - 2ГБ
Свободного места на HDD - 10ГБ
WIN XP SP3
InTouch Runtime 10.1 SP2

В логах SMC записи:

Иногда с другим адресом ошибки (причем достаточно часто только с ним) -
Faulting application view.exe, version 1412.466.0.0, stamp 49865c0a, faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.5512, stamp 4803825b, debug? 0, fault address 0x000360cb.

По поводу ошибки - .NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting где-то нашел личение - установка "langpacka" от Фреймворка 2.0 - после этого эти ошибки перестали сыпаться.

Где-то нашел лечение звязанное с увеличением параметров в реестре - "GDIProcessHandleQuota" с 10000 на максимум 65535 (поставил 50000) и
"USERProcessHandleQuota" c 10000 на 18000 (15000). Итог - не помогает.

Теперь причина совсем непонятна.

Если не используете этот компонент, то просто не инсталлируйте его. Иначе, копайте в этом направлении.

Есть другая рабочая станция -
Р-4 Dual Core E2200
ОЗУ - 2ГБ
с установленными всеми пакетами и модулями, идущими с InTouch 10.1 (как и у меня). Однако на ней этих ошибок не возникает...
Проверено еще на нескольких одноядерных системах (не столь новых конечно ) - результат - тот-же - внезапные закрытия...

Вот это и наводит на мысль - а не играет ли случайно железо ПК какаю-то роль во всем этом?
Тоесть разница в процессоре (1 или 2 ядра), ну и новизне железа (чипсет и т.п.).
