Добрый день!
1) Установил ww InTouch 10.1.300 1412.0130.0268.0005
2) FS Gateway 3.0 SP2
3) Установил APP serv 3.1.300 3113.0001.0292.0000 (в логах предупреждение Failed to configure SQL server)

При запуске IDE зависает и не реагирует на нажатие.
Так же не запускается SMC

Останавливаю службу арчестра галакси репозиторий:
1) SMC открывается сама(при чем столько окон, сколько я раз тыкнул на ярлык до остановки службы арчестра галакси репозиторий )
2) Окно IDE отвисает с сообщением о невозможности соединения с галактикой (коей у меня собственно ещё нет) и рекомендацией посмотреть логер (в котором только пуск\стоп GR)
3) При попытке создать галактику в окне создания галактики
Creating Galaxy 'galaxy1' on PC1
... with Security not enabled

И собственно 0% compited - снова молчит 10, 15, 20 минут
В логах ничего, разве что Published PackageServerNet on port 8090 (0x1f9a)
Останавливаю службу GR - ничего не происходит, далее служба запускается сама через 20 сек.

Таки да, у меня win 8.1, на win7 ult 64 SP1 пробовал - тот же результат.
Что делаю не так?

Возможно, проблемы с MSSQL. Проверьте, работает ли он, открывается ли оболочка управления сервером (Management Studio)?
Проверьте логи журналов ОС.

Оболочка 2005 express открывается.
SQLserver какой должен быть установлен?
В логах ммс ничего
в логах Оси следующее:

InTouch 10.1 SP3 & IAS 3.1 SP3 не совместимы с Win 8, используйте Win 7 Pro x64

SQL Server Database Requirements
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with SP3 and SQL Server 2008 SP1 are the databases supported by Wonderware Application Server version 3.1 SP3. You must use the Standard or Enterprise editions of SQL Server 2005 SP3 or SQL Server 2008 SP1. Neither the Compact, Express, nor the Workgroup editions of SQL Servers can be used as the Galaxy Repository. See the following section and SQL Server Rights Requirements, for more information.

SQL Server 2005 SP2/SP3 or SQL Server 2008 SP1 must be installed on the computer designated as the ArchestrA Galaxy Repository node prior to installing Application Server.
You also cannot install and use Application Server on a computer that has both Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 installed.
The Galaxy Repository locks the SQL Server maximum memory usage to 65% of the computer's physical memory.
TCP/IP must be enabled on the computer hosting a SQL Server 2005 or 2008 database. The TCP/IP protocol setting can be verified from the SQL Server Network Configuration under SQL Server Configuration Manager.
SQL Server Rights Requirements
SQL Server 2008 does not automatically create the BUILTIN\Administrators role as delivered in SQL Server 2005. Because of this change to SQL Server, the Application Server 3.1 SP3 installation process will create the necessary operating system user group (aaAdministrators) as well as the necessary SQL Server role. This automated process will provide the rights required to allow operations within the Galaxy Repository without the need for blanket BUILTIN\Administrator rights. The aaAdministrators group must be present and enabled. If you accidentally delete the aaAdministrators group from the Windows operating system, you can run either of two options to restore it:

Run the Change Network Utility from the Windows Start menu.
Run the aaConfig SQL Utility from the Windows Start menu.
If you accidentally delete the aaAdministrators group from the SQL Server security logins, you must run the aaConfig SQL Utility to restore it. Refer to the Wonderware Application Server User's Guide, About ArchestrA User Accounts, for further information and procedures about restoring the aaAdministrators group.

Даже если у Вас ОС x64, то MSSQL всё равно необходимо устанавливать как x86-приложение. Это критично.
